Do’s

• Clean up spills as soon as the happen

• Use a vacuum with a soft brush head attachment or opt for a soft broom to sweep up dust and grit on your floor

• Use a spray mop with a specially formulated cleaner for timber floors to remove grime and to keep those timber floors looking like new

Don’ts

• Avoid using a steam mop. Despite what they say, the combination of heat and moisture is a guranteed way of warping and damaging you timber floor and its coating system

• Avoid the use of a traditional mop and bucket as these leave excess water on the floor’s surface
